Burj Views Tower A is the first of three Emaar-developed Burj Views towers (A, B, C) along the back of the Burj Khalifa District. Tower A handed over in 2010 and is the most central of the three, with apartments facing either the Burj Khalifa side or the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. The tower is studio-heavy with a strong mix of 1-bedroom layouts, making it a favourite for both first-time investors and short-stay holiday rentals. The walk to The Dubai Mall is about 10 minutes via the Mall's back entrance, and Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station is a 12-minute walk through the Mall. Boulevard-facing apartments overlook the busy boulevard avenue. Tower A is the closest of the three to Souk Al Bahar (a 7-minute walk through the Boulevard).
