BURJ VIEWS

A studio and two 1-bedrooms at Burj Views, for one or two guests

All three of our Burj Views apartments sleep two, which makes them a natural fit if you are travelling alone or as a couple. They are not interchangeable, though: one is our best-reviewed apartment, one has a desk, and one had no open nights at all. Here is how they compare.

All three listings record a Burj Khalifa view, a pool, parking and a washing machine. None records a gym or a balcony, although two hosts describe one (see below).

For a solo traveller

  • The studio is our most-reviewed Burj Views apartment, with 26 Airbnb reviews averaging 4.96, and the only one of the three whose listing records a Dubai Fountain view. Its host describes it as brand-new with all-new furniture and appliances. The catch is the four-night minimum.
  • For a short trip of one to three nights, the 1-bedroom that sleeps two had a one-night minimum. It has two bathrooms and its host describes an upgraded apartment with a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright balcony; its listing details don't record a balcony, and it has no reviews yet.
  • For working: only the 1-bedroom that sleeps four records a dedicated workspace and self check-in — but it showed no open nights between 7 October 2026 and 31 January 2027.

For a couple

The studio's ratings are the strongest evidence we have: 5.0 for cleanliness, check-in, communication and location, and 4.96 for accuracy and value. It also carries Airbnb's Superhost and guest-favourite flags. If you'd rather have a separate bedroom, the 1-bedroom that sleeps two gives you that plus a second bathroom.

The host of the 1-bedroom that sleeps four describes a pool view from its balcony and living room, a Burj Khalifa view from the building pool, and complimentary access to the pool, a steam room and sauna, and a gym. We haven't verified these, and the listing details don't record a gym or balcony.
